Nelt Introduces Logistics Services at the 2016 TIL Conference

Nelt presented its capacities in providing all kinds of logistics services at the 2016 Transport and Logistics of SE Europe and the Danube Region conference held last week in Belgrade, sponsored by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia.
Nelt took part in the TIL business conference participated under the slogan “Nelt the way of logistics,” presenting a wide range of logistics services it provides to its customers and the benefits it secures through optimizing operating costs, time savings, transparency, and less administration.
“Nelt Grupa, which brings together 12 companies and which operates in the European and African continents, is recognized as a leader in the distribution business. Many factors have had impact on the image of the company, but its business excellence in the field of supply chain represents the backbone of its success. The achievements it accomplished in the field of supply chain are also put at the disposal of the so-called 3PL customers, which we provide with only logistics services based on our lengthy experience in the logistics of consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and the high-tech industry. The foundation of our development lies in our continuous technological improvements. In recent years we implemented a lot of projects on this subject – from the introduction of SAP to the improvement of WMS and TMS. Our last innovation is our improvement of the process of order picking in the warehouse and introduction of the pick-by-voice system,” Sales and Development Manager at the Nelt LSP division Ivan Milićević said in his presentation.
The presentation also accentuated that Nelt, as a logistics services provider, is able to provide its customers with full logistics support – from inventory management, domestic and international transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, and capillary distribution all the way to additional services and consulting.
The 2016 TIL business conference included more than 500 representatives of companies in freight forwarding and logistics and road, rail, air, and water transport, as well as senior representatives of state institutions and professional associations from South East Europe and the Danube region, EU, Turkey, Russia, and China.
